Striped Bass
The Striped Bass or Striper is one of the three trophy fish which make up what is known as the Cape Cod Slam. Also included in this fishing achievement are the bluefish and the tuna. The state record for the largest striper was a 73 pounder that was caught off of nearby Nauset Beach in 1981.
